Threadhopping: Sureee? I really don't know what that means but it's whatever.
Fourthwalling: If it's subtle enough, I'm okay with it, but if you're going to kick it down, please no.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): Fine with just about anything. Unless it's rape or an extremely graphic murder I'd rather not play that.

This is the permissions list for IC (in-character), activity.
Answer the following questions with "yes" or "no", as well as additional information if desired. With IC permissions, it's a good idea to elaborate on what other players can expect from your character if they choose to do any of the following:

Hugging this character: Go ahead, he doesn't mind affection. He'll even give people hugs if he feels they need it or if they're friends...it doesn't take much though.
Kissing this character: Go ahead? He's going to be completely oblivious to what you're doing though. He has no freaking clue about romance.
Flirting with this character: It'll go over his head, so he'll smile stupidly at you.
Fighting with this character: Training is good, real fights are good. He will never try and kill someone though, he'll always be trying to disarm them and disable them temporarily.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): So long as you don't smash him into a disfigured, bloody mess, anything's cool.
Killing this character: Permission first, if it's a permanent death kind of thing, than no. If temporary, please come talk.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: His heart and mind is an open book, but his insecurities he keeps buried but are easy to find if you're good at that stuff.

Warnings:
Cross is intelligent, even if he doesn't act like it. He will use anything and everything he gets his hands on to fight back. He's stealthy and quick and is good at taking opponents down who are even bigger than him. Lastly, he knows where to hit on a person's body to temporarily paralyze a limb or limbs, think Ty Lee's chi blocking. But he'll never kill.

Empathy

Cross is naturally empathetic. He is capable of telling what others are feeling and how they are feeling. It's not a magical skill, he's just good at perceiving it. So here are a couple of a questions.

Are you okay with Cross figuring out if your character is lying to him about what they're feeling at the moment? (Ex. they're putting on a happy face, when they're very sad.):

Would you want to plot in the future with Cross meddling into your business and trying to help you with your problems? It can go any way:

Magic negating

Also Cross has an in born ability (which he has no clue about) of magical resistance. In short, magic used on him is less effective (including healing, damage, protection). His body negates 2/3 of magic when used, but in Luceti it's going to be toned down to about 50 %. Since lots of people's abilities and powers are from different worlds, I'm asking permission here if whether or not your magic is going to be effective against him or not. It will not be a god moddy ability, mainly for one of the facts that overall, he's an average teenager, most of his abilities come from technology and his own body, but, even than it could be compared to what Robin from batman has in his utility belt. Strictly speaking, however, this only really applies to magic and magic like abilities, so if your characters have meta abilities (superman's laser eyes) they will affect him at 100%.

Does your character have magic: Simple yes or no answer
If yes, are you cool if Cross is able to negate 50% of their magic when it's used on him?: (This includes both beneficial and harmful effects. So it's a giant double edged sword)

If you're not sure if your character's powers fall under the category of magic, talk with me and we can figure something out.

Pressure points
Okay, lastly, Cross has trained in martial arts but prefers using a form which hits pressure points in a person's body that will numb and paralyze them temporarily. It's not lethal but it can lead your character to lying there on the ground probably unable to move. I will ask in advance if there's a fight if he can use this form of fighting but I just want general yes or no's here.
